Yesterday's firmware update paved the way to the Sony Entertainment Network, as well as some new tweaks in the Internet Browser. Apparently, Sony has also added Dropbox support in its round of updates. Previously, users were not able to use the site on their PS3s. However, with the new update, all functions are working across all types of files.
This is a welcome addition being that you can add your PS3 to the array of access points for your collection of files. Better yet, Dropbox is giving 2GB of free storage space to new users, in which can be expanded to 5GB through their beta test program. (Upload 500MB worth of photos & videos and get it back in storage space)
You can register for a Dropbox account below, if you don't already have one.
