Jak & Daxter Collection Announced Officially
I love days like this; we get ground-breaking news from the scene regarding a new jailbreak and we get another game-related rumour completely squashed. The Jak & Daxter Collection rumours have been circulating since the first PS2 collection for God of War was released. As I said, the Jak rumour is now squashed flat and it brings me great pleasure to say that the game will be released on the PS3 in February 2012.
This actually makes me excited, for one; I'm a massive fan of Naughty Dog and their franchises and the other I have major respect for the two creators of this game, Andy Gavin (who follows me on Twitter) and Jason Rubin (who doesn't :|). This franchise had something original and offered a simple but yet fun adventure game, with significantly better sequels.

Daxter never fails to make me laugh - So it looks like I'll be getting my dose of Orange Lightnin' this February, eh? And yes, that was an in-game reference.

I am soo stoked for this game... this game next to the devil may cry series and god of war is what made me turn to the playstation platform... I am very happy to hear that this is comming out! :)
OK, YES LOVE THE GOD OF WAR AND THE SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS/ ICO REMAKE. I WAS NEVER A DAXTER JAX FAN, BUT I WILL DEFINITELY GIVE IT A GO NOW.
I THINK IT IS GOING TO BE A GOOD RELEASE PERIOD, BUT ESPECIALLY FOR THE ORIGINAL FANS LIKE I WAS OF THE FORMER TITLES I MENTIONED.
WHEN ARE WE GOING TO GET SOME REAL GOOD NEW GAMES THAT ARE NOT SHOOTERS? HOW ABOUT SOME NEW R.P.G. TITLES THAT DON'T LOOK SLIGHTLY BETTER THAN PS2 GRAPHICS. I WISH LEVEL 5 WOULD RELEASE A NEW TITLE THEY NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE.
AND THAT FOLKS IS WHAT REALLY GRINDS MY GEARS!!! MUCH LOVE. LIVE LONG GAME HARD.
